The project
Cycling across France, from the northernmost point to the Mediterranean south, was much more than a simple sporting challenge for us. It was an adventure that transcended the limits of endurance and discovery. For seven days, we crossed varied landscapes, cities steeped in history and lush valleys, while taking on the daily challenge of pedalling towards the setting sun.
The journey began in northern France, where the cool winds of the North Sea greeted us. From there, through the green plains of Picardy, our determination drove us southward, through charming villages and golden wheat fields. Every pedal stroke brought us a little closer to our final destination: Saint-Tropez.
But this adventure was not just about covering kilometres. It was a total immersion in French culture, with its traditions, its gastronomy and its welcoming people. We made unforgettable encounters along the way, exchanging smiles and stories with people from all walks of life.
Finally, after tackling the steep passes of the Alpes-Maritimes, we arrived in Saint-Tropez, where the sparkling waters of the Mediterranean awaited us. Beyond the kilometres covered, it was the sense of accomplishment and freedom that made this adventure truly unforgettable for us.
